The second generation of the 2019 Range Rover Evoque is under development before its expected world debut in the second half of next year. Trapped in the tests in Germany, the Range Rover entry model’s development mule carries the body of the existing version that went on sale in 2011, but it seems to have a wider track and a higher position to the back, suggesting that he could undergo suspension tests.

From the front you can see the new headlights that are inspired by the larger Velar SUV. The new 2019 Range Rover Evoque offers optional fully illuminated LED units. In fact, the entire front end of the new 2019 Range Rover Evoque will mimic the larger Velar, giving it an instantly more modern look. In the vicinity, Range Rover is eager to maintain the unique combination of sloping body and sloping roof of the Evoque that seems to crush the side windows that make the four doors present. Evoque looks like a coupe, and JLR also wants to maintain that look in the new 2019 Range Rover Evoque.

There has not been much more than speculation about the interior of the next Evoque, but presumably he will be very inspired by Velar’s cabin. What this means is up to three screens available in advance. One is a touch screen and operates the infotainment system, as usual, but should have better graphics and a faster response time than what is in the outgoing Evoque. Below you will find another touch screen that can be used to change temperature control settings as well as other functions such as heated seats. The third touch screen can be specified in place of the normal dials behind the steering wheel and is fully configurable so you can see your music playlists and satellite navigation maps. Space details for passengers are rare, but the new 2019 Range Rover Evoque will be wider than the outgoing model, so sitting three times in the back seat should be easier. That said, the new 2019 Range Rover Evoque will still use much of the outgoing Evoque stay, so do not expect a big difference in interior space and luggage, just an improvement over the outgoing model.

He is likely to use the JLR family of Ingenium four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines, some of which are already in service at Evoque. The power of the current Ingenium family ranges from 149 kW to 186 kW for 2.0 liter units. Several publications have reported that the new 2019 Range Rover Evoque will be offered with an electrified powertrain, but it remains to be seen whether it is a hybrid supplement or a complete electric vehicle. The latter is an obvious possibility as the company will soon be offering a production version of the Jaguar I-Pace EV crossover.

The current Evoque is still selling well, so there is no reason to rush to replace it, but there are indications that we will see the next Evoque by the end of 2018. You can currently buy a “Landmark” version “Outgoing Evoque, which means that a replacement is imminent. Prices for the new 2019 Range Rover Evoque are expected to increase slightly from the current entry price of £ 30,760.
